- At the end of the M55 follow the filter lane left onto the A5320 (signposted South Shore).
- At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Progress Way - A5230 (signposted (Lytham St Annes).
- At second set of traffic signals turn left onto Common Edge Road - B5261 (signposted Lytham St Annes).
- Continue forward onto Queensway (B5261) - entering Lytham St Annes.
- Passing the Queensway Pub on your right follow the road round to the left onto Heyhouses Lane (signposted Lytham)
- Pass a Shell Petrol Station on your left.
- At traffic signals turn right onto Blackpool Road (B5261).
- Continue forward on Blackpool Road (B5261) over two mini-roundabouts.
- Turn right onto Fairlawn Road (signposted Preston A584).
- Turn left onto West Beach (A584).
- At mini-roundabout continue forward (A584).
- Turn left onto Warton Street.

By Rail
- From Lytham Station (Station Sq) turn left onto Westby Street and then immediately right onto Park Street..
- At the end of Park Street you will see Lytham Square. Turn left onto Clifton Street.
- Continue forward at the crossroads into Warton Street.
