4 Star Self-Catering Cottage

This picturesque and distinctive cottage has been home to a whole host of Lytham folk
from coachman to solicitor and boiler-maker to musical director.
From November 2006 it will be offered for the first time as a holiday property.
Guests are invited to unwind in the calm cosy interior,
decorated with a selection of antiques evocative of its history.

Christmas Cottage is located on Warton Street just beyond Lytham's
popular centre on Clifton Street.  It has been fully refurbished and comprises a
ground-floor dining-kitchen, lounge and small study with games, downstairs toilet,
and upstairs a double bedroom with small en-suite shower room and a twin room
with adjacent bathroom.  Guests can park directly outside the cottage
and at the rear of the cottage there is a planted courtyard with garden furniture.

Christmas Cottage is ideally situated for a relaxing break in elegant Lytham.
The Green, the beach, Lowther Gardens and Witch Wood are all within easy
walking distance as are the shops and many excellent restaurants.
Four championship golf courses are within close proximity.
Visitors can also enjoy the many attractions in neighbouring St Annes and Blackpool
or take a day trip along the coast with Southport, Lancaster, Silverdale and
the Lakes only an hour's drive away.
