Prices & Bookings

Bookings can be made from Friday to Friday.  Arrival is from 2pm and
the cottage must be vacated by 10am on your last day.

 

3 night break - £250 for 1 room, £300 for 2 rooms
4 night break - £300 for 1 room, £350 for 2 rooms
1 week/low season - £400 for 1 room, £450 for 2 rooms
1 week/high season - £450 for 1 room, £550 for 2 rooms.

 

Short breaks can be booked between November and March,
excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Payment

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required on booking.  The balance
is payable in full not later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

 

Non-payment of the balance owed when it becomes due will constitute
cancellation of the stay and forfeiture of the deposit payment.

 

If you book your stay less than 6 weeks from its start the cost is due in full on booking.

 

Payment is by cheque unless there is insufficient time to clear a cheque,
in which case payment will be in cash on arrival.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel after full payment has been made we will try to re-sell
your booking and if we are successful we will refund the monies paid
less the deposit to cover our costs.

Occupancy

Bedlinen and towels are included along with all electricity charges.
On your arrival you will be greeted with a welcome tray and fresh flowers.

We are sorry but no pets.  No smoking please.
